Scope

Services are provided based on agreed scope and availability. Exact deliverables, timelines, and any exclusions are confirmed before booking.

Booking and changes

If requirements change after booking (e.g., additional areas, extra deliverables, or new constraints), we’ll confirm any revised scope before completing additional work.

Accuracy

Survey packs are based on observations and measurements taken at the time of the site visit, plus information provided by the customer/installer. Conditions can change after the visit; if you need updates, we can agree an amendment or follow‑up visit.

Sample packs

Any sample packs shown on the website are anonymised to remove client-identifiable details. They are provided to illustrate the structure and level of detail.

Payments

Pricing and payment terms are agreed at booking. If additional work is requested, any additional cost is confirmed in advance.
