Using this website

We want people to be able to use the Vertex website regardless of the device, browser or assistive technology they rely on. The site is designed around WCAG 2.1 AA principles, and we test key journeys with keyboard navigation, zoom and common screen-reader patterns.

What you should be able to do

move through the main content and links using a keyboard;
zoom text without losing access to content;
understand headings, buttons and form labels;
use the site on phone, tablet and desktop screens.

Known limitations

Some technical tables need horizontal scrolling on small screens. Survey report samples contain dense diagrams, photographs and measured technical data, so they may be harder to use with some assistive technology. If a document is not usable for you, contact us and we will explain the information or provide a practical alternative.
