Yes. The output is produced to MIS 3005-D and CIBSE guidelines — the standards MCS installers work to. An MCS-registered installer can review the inputs and use them in design, but remains responsible for their own checks and sign-off. If an installer chooses to re-run the heat loss, your report remains a useful reference and any major disagreement is worth understanding before you commit.
